First Course
Field Green Salad - with tomato, shredded carrots, red cabbage and
croutons tossed with raspberry vinaigrette
Main Course (choice of Entrée)
Honey Chicken Pasta - Linguine with grilled chicken, tomatoes and
mushrooms in a garlic honey cream sauce and topped with honey and
Parmesan cheese.
Honey Shrimp Pasta - Linguine with a garlic honey cream sauce with 6
large sautéed Shrimp, tomatoes & mushrooms and topped with honey and
parmesan cheese.
Parmesan Chicken - Parmesan breaded chicken breast topped with our own
marinara sauce and Swiss cheese and served over garlic butter linguini
and topped with parmesan cheese.
Blackened Mahi Mahi - Mahi Mahi blackened with Cajun seasoning, topped
with a Lemon Caper sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and
grilled Asparagus.
Asiago Chicken - Asiago cheese crusted chicken breast served with
garlic mashed potatoes and grilled Asparagus and drizzled with a lemon
garlic butter sauce.
